Fola Kollect ships worldwide! However, international orders may be subject to customs fees. Additional charges such as customs fees are outside of Fola Kollect's responsibility as they are defined by government officials. These fees are therefore not included in Fola Kollect's shipping fee. Fola Kollect does not refund for lost or stolen packages, nor is it responsible for items not received due incorrect shipping address.
