Refunds & Returns Policy


Custom pieces marked as "SPECIAL ORDER" are not eligible for return. For other items refunds are accepted until 7 days after the item is received. Items must be in original, brand new condition, showing no signs of having been worn or used. These items MUST include its original packaging and receipt of purchase. Please contact folakollect@gmail.com immediately to address your request and include a reason for return and we will then issue shipping details (cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.)

IMPORTANT: Please note that in order to process a refund, the item must go through the process above first in order to expect it alongside our other incoming shipments. Fola Kollect is not liable for items returned without prior notification. These items will not be accepted and will be returned immediately to sender.
